1. Delivery Areas
We currently offer delivery services within:
- Port Shepstone
- Surrounding areas of the South Coast, KwaZulu-Natal

2. Delivery Options
- Same-Day Delivery
Available for selected items and addresses within close proximity to Marburg, Port Shepstone. Orders must be placed before 12:00PM. - Standard Delivery
Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days depending on your location and stock availability. - In-Store Collection (Click & Collect)
You can place your order online or telephonically and collect from our store once your order is ready. We will notify you once collection is available.
3. Delivery Fees
- Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
- Shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout or provided when confirming orders telephonically.
- Certain promotions may offer free delivery on qualifying orders.
4. Processing and Dispatch Times
- Orders are typically processed within 24 business hours after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 12:00PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- If there are any unexpected delays (such as stock shortages), we will notify you as soon as possible.
5. Order Tracking
Currently, we offer manual updates on order status:
- After dispatch, we will provide estimated delivery details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
- You are welcome to call us anytime for updates on your delivery at 039 624 1238.
6. Delivery Conditions
- Deliveries are made during business hours (Monday to Saturday).
- Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the goods.
- If no one is available, a redelivery fee may apply.
7. Damages or Shortages
- Please inspect your order upon delivery.
- If you notice any damage, missing items, or discrepancies, notify us immediately.
- Claims for damaged or missing goods must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
