🕒 When will my order ship?
Orders are processed daily, and dispatch times vary by product type:
In-stock Items: Shipped within 24–48 hours
Local Delivery (Heavy/Building Supplies): Typically delivered within 2–3 working days
Nationwide Orders: Estimated 2–5 working days depending on your location

For all online payments, your order will only be confirmed once payment has cleared.
🚚 How do we deliver?
For local deliveries, we calculate the rate based on the driving distance from our Port Shepstone warehouse and the weight of your order. Heavier loads are assigned larger delivery vehicles, and rates are adjusted accordingly.
Good to know:
Free delivery applies within 5km
Delivery is limited to a 50km radius and approved local postcodes
For nationwide orders, we offer flat rates or free shipping over R1500 on eligible items
The correct delivery option will be automatically shown at checkout based on your location and items in your cart.
