At Favrit Home Centre, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns:
You have 7 (seven) calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation).

Non-returnable Items:
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance sale items
  • Personal use items (e.g., bedding, pillows, mattresses once opened)
  • Custom orders or personalised products

Condition of Items:
Returned products must be free from wear, stains, odours, or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.


2. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery. To request an exchange, please email [web@favrithomecentre.co.za] within 48 hours of receipt, with photographs of the issue where applicable.


3. Refunds

Processing Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund within 14 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank (processing times may vary).
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [web@favrithomecentre.co.za].

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.


5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellation due to processing times.
